AP soft extends its portfolio with localization of software helpLine. This tool is intended for services management. Software helpLine is developed in accordance with ITIL ® v3 "best practices". Currently contains 13 processes fulfilling or exceeding the requirements set by ITIL ® v3.  Among the certified processes belong:
